“I found my fear of flying sessions with Yvonne extremely helpful. She was very friendly and approachable and the pre-session questionnaire meant we could get straight into things during our first session. The first session was great, I couldn’t believe afterwards how much better I felt about my upcoming holiday, and the flight was so much less stressful than usual. My second session was after a pretty bumpy flight home, which had knocked me a bit. But again after the session I felt so much better and a lot more positive about flying again. Yvonne also taught me some techniques to use in the future if needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Yvonne if you have a phobia you want some help with.”
