I’ve struggled with anxiety related to speaking in front of different audiences for many years and to differing degrees – and have tried a number of different interventions which have worked with mixed success. This feels like a genuine step change, and I’m extremely pleased that I did this work.

We worked through 2 x 90 minute sessions, with some humour, but lots of warmth and focus on the problem at hand. I felt calm in her presence and trusted everything that she wanted me to do.

I only had a few weeks before my conference so less time than ideal. I was sceptical but went with the techniques and although I haven’t mastered them by a long stretch they really work. Yvonne quickly put me at ease and walked me through the practice. Although I still had some nerves there was an air of calmness that allowed me to focus on the delivery and content. Well worth the effort and will continue to practice. BTW if you are expecting a Paul McKenna moment it’s not that sort of training. It’s more around resetting your emotional reactions. ( that’s my layman’s view)

I had a fear of speaking in public but had to do a speech for my daughter’s wedding, which had to last at least 5 minutes. I felt desperate.
